Day 1

but avoid fruit juices that contain preservatives and stay away from bananas. For breakfast, indulge in watermelon,
honey dew or cantaloupe and lunch & dinner with apples, berries, oranges and pears. Fruits have low calories
and do not have any fat.
Day 2
This is the day for vegetables. Preparation veggie dishes or salads with no limitation; only
avoid using oil. You can breakfast on baked potatoes which will energize you for the day. Veggies are rich in
fibers, have moderate amount of carbs, and rich in minerals & vitamins. Fibers activate your system for the
detox process.
Day 3
The third day is a combo of fruits and veggies; mix them and there is no limit to the amount.
The chemistry of your body is changing for the absence of refined carbs, saturated fats, excessive sodium &
artificial flavor enhancer and additives. Your body is getting completely natural nutrients which optimize weight
loss process.
Day 4
Today, you have added ingredient; include banana and milk with your veggies. Just decide how
you will eat them. Your menu for the whole day will be: three glasses of milk, six bananas and a small portion of
veggies. This is to make up for the reduced level of calcium (milk) and potassium, carbs (bananas) and fibers of
the past days.
Day 5
An interesting meal of the day features a cup of rice with six full tomatoes. You can also
grill or bake a piece of meat/fish for lunch and dinner. This is to make-up for all proteins missing in your
system. Of course, don’t forget to drink gallons of water.
Day 6
The best way to lose weight is low-carb but on this sixth
day, you have to add an amount in your menu. Eat a small cup of rice with your veggie preparation. Distribute the
amount without increasing the quantity. Eat as much veggies and do not restrict yourself to tomatoes.
Day 7
This is the commencement day of your 7-Day Diet. You can feast on fruits, veggies and rice.
You might feel weak because you lack carbs for the last two days. Brown rice is optional but
recommended.
